Are you dealing with…
Bloating… constipation… stomach pain… gas…diarrhea?
Then you now firsthand how disruptive these symptoms can be to your life… not to mention uncomfortable & humiliating.
Have you been told you have IBS, ulcerative colitis, IBD, or even an autoimmune gut issue like Crohn's?
If so, you probably left your doctor's office feeling more confused than reassured. You were given a label, maybe a prescription, and sent on your way... but deep down, you know something still isn't right.
Because here's the truth: IBS isn't a real diagnosis. It's just a collection of symptoms with an unknown cause— and that uncertainty leaves you feeling stuck, frustrated, and alone.
Maybe you're dealing with daily bloating that makes you dread mealtimes.
Maybe constipation, diarrhea, or embarrassing gas have disrupted your social life, making you anxious about every outing.
Perhaps you're exhausted from the constant discomfort, the trial-and-error diets, and the endless Google searches that leave you with more questions than answers.
I get it—because I’ve been there too.
When I first started experiencing gut issues, my doctor dismissed my concerns, chalking up my symptoms to my vegetarian diet, and worse— telling me they were “normal” for my diet.
But I knew my body, and I knew something was off.
Food left me bloated and uncomfortable, gas felt impossible to pass, and I even started seeing undigested food in my stool—red flags that were brushed aside by conventional medicine.
The thought of having to sift through countless doctors to figure out what was really going on left me feeling completely hopeless.
Feeling unheard and unsupported, I took matters into my own hands.
I dove headfirst into research, devouring every podcast, book, and lecture I could find about gut health and the microbiome.
Eventually, I became a certified Holistic Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and learned how to truly heal the gut—not just mask the symptoms.
Through the right functional testing—like PCR stool testing, stool pH analysis, food sensitivity testing, HTMA, and SIBO breath testing—I discovered the root causes of my issues: dysbiosis, poor digestion, and imbalances I never would have uncovered with conventional medicine alone.
With patience, diligence, and a personalized plan, I finally healed my gut—and now I help others do the same.
Because gut issues aren’t just about your digestion. They can manifest as fatigue, brain fog, weight fluctuations, anxiety, depression, thyroid imbalances, hair loss, eczema, rosacea, and so much more.
And yet, so many people—just like you—are left to navigate this alone, handed a generic "IBS" diagnosis and told to try a restrictive low FODMAP diet that barely scratches the surface.
But I’m here to tell you that there is a better way. A way to uncover the real root cause of your digestive struggles and create a personalized path to true, lasting relief.
You don't have to live with discomfort. You don't have to accept the vague diagnosis and the frustrating cycle of trial and error.
Let’s finally get to the root of your gut issues.
I knew there were other people out there who weren't getting the help they sought from their doctors.
I knew most people would get sent home with the useless yet ubiquitous "IBS diagnosis" and the double-edged sword recommendation to pursue a low FODMAP diet.
If any of this describes you, I know how you feel.
I know what it’s like when even your own doctor can’t tell you what’s wrong.
I know how it feels to not understand what’s going on with your body.
I know how it feels to be afraid that everything you eat is going to cause pain, gas, bloating.
I know what it’s like to have to eliminate tons of foods, to find it difficult to order food at a restaurants and to have to explain yourself to family and friends.
How can you get better if your doctor can’t even tell you what’s happening?
This is why I developed my program “That’s Gutsy”
Inside, you will learn how to know which foods to avoid to start feeling better now.
You’ll understand the simple ways to improve your digestion, and the things you cannot ignore in order to heal your gut.
I explain the role of other systems of the body, like the adrenals, thyroid and liver, and why your healing depends on them.
You’ll learn about which types of gut dysfunction cause which types of symptoms, and how to eradicate them completely without relapse.
How to repopulate your gut with healthy microbes so that you can digest your food and supply your body with the nutrition it deserves.
